Using Lore
Lore is a webapp that helps you discover Amsterdam's history. By using it, you agree to use it responsibly — stay aware of your surroundings, follow local traffic rules, and respect private property when scanning buildings.
Free tier and Day Pass
The free tier includes 3 camera scans and 1 audio tour. A Day Pass costs €4.99 and unlocks unlimited scans and all audio zones for 24 hours from the moment of purchase. Day Passes are one-off purchases — no subscription, no auto-renewal.
Refunds
Because the Day Pass grants immediate access to digital content, you waive your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law once it is activated. If something goes wrong on our side, email us and we'll make it right.
AI content
Stories are generated with AI. We work hard to keep them accurate, but small errors can occur. Treat Lore as a curious companion, not as an academic source.
Liability
Lore is provided "as is". We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
